VitaFlow is provided by FlowApps Lab, a developer profile / personal app studio. This Privacy Policy explains how VitaFlow collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the mobile application and related services.
VitaFlow is a personal wellness and daily routine tracking app. It helps users manage supplement routines, reminders, outside-routine usage, and usage history. VitaFlow is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or healthcare service.
When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and account-related data. If you sign in with Google, we receive the information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your Google account identifier and email address, depending on the permissions provided by Google.
VitaFlow stores the information you enter or generate in the app, including supplement/item names, routines, time slots, reminders, usage status, outside-routine logs, and usage history. This information is used to provide the app’s core functionality, including Today, Planning, History, and reporting features.
VitaFlow may allow you to use your device camera or selected photos to help fill item information from product packaging. Photo-based text recognition is processed on the device. Photos used for this feature are not uploaded to our backend server for OCR processing.
If you generate a usage history report, the report is created from the same history and routine data associated with your account. This data may be retrieved from the backend service to generate or display the report.
The app and backend service may process technical information necessary to operate the service, such as request metadata, authentication/session data, device/app version information, error-related information, and security-related records.
VitaFlow may show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other data used to provide, measure, limit, and improve ads. Depending on your region, consent choices, Google settings, and app configuration, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
If premium subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed by Google Play. VitaFlow does not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, purchase tokens, entitlement information, and related transaction metadata from Google Play to activate or manage premium features.

Account, routine, reminder, and usage history data may be stored on our backend infrastructure, including a database and cache systems used to provide the service. Some app data may also be stored locally on your device as part of normal app functionality.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process information with service providers only as necessary to operate the app, including hosting/backend infrastructure, authentication providers, Google Play services, and Google AdMob.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the service, or others.
VitaFlow may use Google services such as Google Sign-In, Google Play, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. These services may process data according to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

We retain your account and app data as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your account from within the app. When you delete your account, user-linked data associated with your account is deleted from the service, subject to technical, legal, security, or backup retention requirements where applicable.
You may choose what information to enter into VitaFlow. You may edit or delete routines, usage history, and account-related information where the app provides these controls. You can also manage certain device permissions, such as camera permissions, through your device settings.
VitaFlow is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through VitaFlow, please contact us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using VitaFlow, you understand that your information may be processed in locations where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
