1. Request account deletion
The preferred method is the account deletion control in VitaFlow. Availability may depend on your app version and account state.
- Open VitaFlow and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then locate the account or account deletion control.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If the deletion control is not available, use the official developer contact channel shown on VitaFlow's app listing and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion.
2. Data included in deletion
After the request is verified and processed, account data associated with the deleted account is removed or anonymized, including:
- Account profile and account identifiers.
- User-created routines, items, reminders, and history synchronized with the account.
- Other account content that is not required to be retained.
3. Limited retention
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup recovery cycles. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when no longer required.
4. Data stored on your device
Account deletion may not remove local app data or notification schedules already stored on your device. You can remove local data by clearing VitaFlow's app data or uninstalling the app through your device settings.
5. Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after any required account verification, subject to limited legal and operational retention needs.
